丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘    要:目的 :观察丁咯地尔对糖尿病周围神经病变患者症状缓解和神经传导速度的影响。方法 :5 8例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予丁咯地尔 (10 0mg·d-1)和前列腺素E1(2 0 0 μg·d-1)静滴 ,给药前及给药 2周后观察症状缓解情况和四肢神经传导速度。结果 :给药 2周后 ,对照组各神经传导速度均明显增快 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组各神经传导速度亦增快 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组总有效率为80 0 % ,对照组为 89 3% ,两组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :丁咯地尔对治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的安全性和有效性

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of buflomedil on clinical symptom and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients. Methods 58 cases of diabetic patents with peripheral neuropathy were divided into diabetes group treated with buflomedil (DB) 100?mg·d -1 and diabetes control group (DP) treated with PGE 1 200?μg·d -1 . NCV was measured and peripheral nerve symtom was observed in two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks. Results NCV and peripheral nerve symptom were obviously improved both in DB group and DP group (P<0.01). The effective rate were respectively 80.0% and 89.3% in DB group and DP group. The diversity was no significant in DB group and DP group (P>0.05). Conclusion buflomedil is an effective and safe drug for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.
