硫酸依替米星治疗感染性疾病的临床疗效

摘    要:目的:评价硫酸依替米星对感染性疾病的疗效及不良反应。方法:用硫酸依替米星200mg溶于100mL灭菌溶液中静脉滴注,bid,疗程5-10d,进行多中心开放试验。结果:感染性疾病421例,单用药组358例,治愈率66.2%,总有效率91.1%,细菌阳性率80.4%,细菌阴转率90.6%,细菌清除率92.6%。其中对呼吸道、泌尿道、消化道、外科感染的治愈率、总有效率分别是50.0%,83.3%,75.0%,94.8%;75.9%,86.2%,73.6%,98.1%。联合用药组63例,治愈率、总有效率、细菌阳性率、细菌阴转率和细菌清除率分别为42.9%,81.0%,76.2%,81.3%和81.6%。10例出现不良反应,不良反应总发生率2.8%。其中3例因不良反应严重而停药。结论:硫酸依替米星具有疗效高、不良反应发生率低等优点。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the effects and side effects of etimicin injection in the treatment of bacterial infectious diseases. Methods:Multicentral open clinical trials were performed. Results:In patients treated by etimicin only, the curative and effective rates as well as the bacterial eradication rates were 66.20%, 91.06% and 91.2%, respectively, while the curative and effective rates for those with infections of the respiratory, urinary and digestive tracts as well as infections caused by surgery were 50.85% versus 83.25%, 75.00% versus 94.77%, 75.87% versus 86.21% and 75.87% versus 86.21%, respectively. In patients treated by use of etimicin in combination with the other antimicrobial agents, the curative and effective rates as well as the bacterial eadication rate were 42.86%, 80.95% and 81.6%, respectively. The incidence of side effects was 2.8%. Conclusion: Etimicin is a highly effective drug for treating the infectious diseases with low toxicity.
