无症状胆囊结石的自然转归及治疗现状

无症状胆囊结石是常见的临床疾病,近年来患病率有上升趋势。其发病机制复杂,自然转归无明确规律,且影响自然转归的因素很多,导致预防难度大。目前有保守治疗、预防性胆囊切除手术2种治疗方案,但治疗方案选择上仍存在争论。有必要就无症状胆囊结石的发病机制、自然转归及其影响因素、治疗原则及治疗时机的选择进行探讨。

Natural Development and Recent Advance in Treatment of Asymptomatic Cholecystolithiasis

Asymptomatic cholecystolithiasis is a clinical disease,which is really common.Its morbidity rate has been rising in recent years.Because of its complicated pathogenesis,the natural results affected by many factors have no definite pattern,the prevention of this disease is difficult.Though there are two therapeutic regimens including expectant treatment and prophylactic resction operation of cholecyst,the management of asymptomatic cholecystolithiasis remains debatable.It is necessary to discuss some aspects such as pathogenesy,naturnal results,influencing factor,therapeutic principle and the opportunity of treatment.
