小儿包皮环套术与环切术的临床对比研究

目的探讨治疗小儿包皮过长、包茎的较理想术式。方法从小儿中随机抽取100例包皮环套术病例作为实验组,取小儿包皮环切术的93例作为对照组进行临床观察、随访、对比。结果环套组与环切组比较,手术时间分别(8±2)min和(30±5)min(P<0.001),术中出血分别(1±0.5)ml和(8±2.5)ml(P<0.001),外观差分别1%和8.6%(P<0.05);术中麻醉要求、术后护理要求和工作量环套组均明显低于环切组。结论小儿包皮环套术麻醉风险低、操作简单、手术时间短、术中无出血、术后痛苦少、术后护理简单方便,是较理想的术式。

Comparative Study between Circumcision and Circumligation for Pediatrics

Objective To study the efficacy of circumligation for pediatrics. Methods Clinical data from 100 children with circumligation for phimosis or redundant prepuce were compared and analysed with clinical data from 93 children with circumcision. Results The operating time and intraoperative blood loss were significantly longer and higher in the circumcision group compared to the circumligation group(P<0.001). Post-operative complications including infection and bleeding and appearance between two groups were not significantly difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The study shows that the circumligation for pediatrics is a safe, simple and efficient method with fewer complications. This method is more superior than the traditional operation.
