| 摘 要： | 髓外造血细胞瘤样增生是一种发生于骨髓腔外的造血细胞增生现象，系良性病变。且多发生于肝、脾、淋巴结等器官、组织。发生于纵隔的病例极为罕见，且多表现为瘤样增生，常被误诊为神经源性肿瘤。为了提高对该病的认识．作者搜集本院近年来发现的后纵隔髓外造血细胞瘤样增生病例4例，来对该病的病因、病理、影像表现及鉴别诊断进行讨论分析。
