柳氮磺胺吡啶、云南白药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的：比较柳氮磺胺吡啶（SASP）、云南白药联合保留灌肠和SASP、云南白药口服治疗轻、中型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效与不良反应.方法：于6年内连续收集经电子肠镜确诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者97例.A组48例予SASP 2g、云南白药2g加入100ml生理盐水中,保留灌肠,每晚1次;B组49例口服SASP 4g/d、云南白药2.25g/d.30d后均改为口服SASP 2g/d,总疗程均为90d.结果：A组总有效率85.4%（41/48）,临床治愈率37.5%（18/48）;B组总有效率67.3%（33/49）,临床治愈率14.3%（7/49）,P＜0.01,差异有非常显著性.A组中1例因不良反应停药,不良反应发生率6.3%（3/48）;B组中5例因不良反应未完成疗程,不良反应发生率22.4%（11/49）,两组比较P＜0.01,差异有非常显著性.结论：SASP、云南白药联合保留灌肠治疗轻、中型溃疡性结肠炎疗效好,尤以左半结肠甚,不良反应少.

Clinical study of sulfasalazine plus yunnanbaiyao as a retension enema in patients with ulcerative colitis

Objective: To compare the efficacy of sulfasalazine(SASP) plus yunnanbaiyao as a retension enema and oral in the light and medium-sized ulcerative colitis patients.Methods: 97 examples patients with ulcerative colitis were final diagnosis through electron enteroscope collected in 6 years.48 examples of group A were administered by retension enema with SASP 2g plus yunnanbaiyao 2g and physiology brine 100ml,1 time per night;The 49 examples of group B took orally SASP 4gd and Yunnanbaiyao 2.25gd,after the 30 days all changes for take orally the 2gd SASP,the total course was all for 90 days.Results: A group total efficacy was 85.4%(4148 example),clinical cure rate was 37.5%(1848);The group B total efficacy rate was 67.3%(3349),clinical cure rate was 14.3%(749),P<0.01,the difference was marked.In A group 1 example because of dys-response stopped the medicine,dys-response rate 6.3%(348);In B group 5 examples did not finish the course because of dys-response,the rate of dys-response was 22.4%(1149),the difference of A and B was significant,P<0.01.Conclusion:The methods of SASP plus yunnanbaiyao as a retension enema is effective for light and medium-sized ulcerative colitis,particularly for the left colon,the dys-response is little.
