全军麻醉科现状的调查分析

目的；了解全军麻醉科现状。方法：采用问卷法对我军154所医院麻醉学科的业务范围，人员比例，职称和学历结构等进行调查；并与1997年全军150所医院的调查结果进行对比。结果：5年来，麻醉科的业务范围有所扩大，学历结构有所提高，但麻醉医生数量严重不足，医技人员缺乏。结论：全军麻醉学科在向多职能方向的转化上有新的进展，但总体学历结构仍偏低，人员缺乏，业务范围尚需不断拓展，继续教育任重道远。

Investigation and Analysis of Status Quo of Departments of Anesthesiology in Military Hospitals

Objective: To investigate the status quo and the development of the departments of the anesthesiology (DA) in the military hospitals in the past five years. Method: 154 military hospitals were involved in this questionnaire survey and comparative analysis was made with the similar survey in 1997.Results: Compared with the survey in 1997, the working spectrum of DA was expanded, and the educational levels of the anesthesiologists were improved. But as a whole, most of these hospitals were severely lack of the anesthesiologists and engineering technicians. Conclusions: As considering the working spectrum of the DA in the military hospitals, obvious progresses have been made, but we still have a long way to go. As the ratio of the highly educated anesthesiologists is still comparatively low, the systemic incumbency education has become an exigent task for us.
