PICC置管在妇科肿瘤化疗中的应用及护理

目的：探讨PICC置管在妇科肿瘤化疗患者中的应用及护理。方法：回顾性分析接受PICC置管术治疗的50例肿瘤化疗患者的临床资料。结果：50例患者均置管成功，顺利完成化疗，均未出现药物外渗等情况。导管留置时间在1~6个月之间，平均为（3.5±1.2）个月。在留置PICC导管后，患者主要出现了穿刺点感染、局部渗血等并发症。结论：早期对妇科肿瘤化疗患者进行PICC置管能够有效保护患者的血管，将患者的病痛减轻到最低限度。而正确的导管护理在PICC置管成功中发挥着极为重要的作用。

Application and Nursing Care of PICC on Patients with Gynecological Tumor Chemotherapy

Objective:To analyze the application and nursing care of PICC on Patients with gynecological tumor chemotherapy. Methods: by the Retrospective analysis on clinical data of 50 Patients with gynecological tumor chemotherapy who have accepted the PICC surgery. Results:50 patients have successfully inserted the catheter and accomplished chemotherapy, without the situation of drug extravagation. The catheter has indwelled from one to six months, with the average time of 3.5 ± 1.2 month on patients. After the indwelling, complications have occurred on patients, such as the puncture point infection, local bleeding, etc. Conclusion:the early PICC chemotherapy on patients with gynecological tumor could effectively protect their blood vessel and lower the patients' pain at largest degree, while the correct way of catheter caring has played extremely important role on the success of PICC chemotherapy.
