早产儿侵袭性真菌病的研究进展（综述）

新生儿重症监护技术的进步使得早产儿存活率得到很大提高。由于早产儿不成熟的免疫系统，生后常因生活力低下或存在并发症/合并症在新生儿重症监护病房救治，较长时间住院，广谱抗生素使用、各种侵入性操作增多，使得早产儿成为侵袭性真菌病的高危人群。IFD缺乏特异性临床表现，造成早期诊治存在困难，已成为威胁早产儿生存质量的重要课题，需在临床中给予更多关注。该文主要对近年来早产儿侵袭性真菌感染防治的研究进展进行综述。

Research progress of invasive fungal infection in preterm infants

With the development of neonatal intensive care technology,the survival rate of premature infants had increased. The immaturity of the immune system in preterm infants, low viability, presence of complications or comor-bidities to be treated in the neonatal intensive care unit, long time staying in hospital,using broad-spectrum antibiotics and invasive procedures made preterm infants at high risk of invasive fungal disease. Invasive fungal disease lack of specific clinical manifestations and early diagnosis and treatment have difficulties. So it becomes an important issue threatening the quality of life in preterm infants. We must have more attention to invasive fungal disease. This review focused on the recent research progress of invasive fungal infections in preterm infants.
