社区老年病人服药依从性的调查分析

目的 了解社区老年病人服药依从性的现状及其影响因素.方法 采用问卷法调查138例社区老年病人的一般资料、用药知识、服药依从情况、不依从的原因及社会支持情况.结果 138例老年病人中有42例对用药知识完全了解,占30.4%;57例服药依从性好,占41.3%;不依从的主要原因是记忆力差;年龄、医疗费用类型、健康态度和信念等与服药依从性相关.结论 社区老年病人普遍存在用药知识缺乏、服药依从性差的问题.应开展有针对性的健康教育,充分发挥社区、家庭支持系统的作用,以提高老年病人的服药依从性.

The study of elderly patients' obedience to doctor's administering instruction in community

Objective To explore the current situation of elderly patients' obedience to doctor' s administering instruction and the factors that determined the outcome. Methods A total of 138 elderly patients in community were investigated including general condition, the knowledge of drug, the situation of obedience to instruction, the reasons of uneomplying instruction and some other social support. Results Forty two subjects (30.4%) knew the knowledge of drug totally. 57 subjacts(41.3%) compliant well. The ability of memorize reducing was the main factor influeing compliance. Some other factors such as age, medical insurance or not , the attitude and belief of the elderly patients. Conclusions We find that most of them can not comply with the doctor' s instruction and have deficient knowledge of drug . Nursing invention to the elderly patients' health improvement helps enhance their knowledge of preventing diseases. In order to improve the compliance of elderly patients, we can do that by the system of family support.
