| 摘 要： | 血管腔内支架植入术主要适用于ＰＴＡ不成功病例。笔者于１９９２年～１９９３年１０月成功地为４例实行了经皮穿刺血管腔内支架植入术，包括髂动脉狭窄合并斑块溃疡１例；髂动脉长段重度狭窄２例；股动脉长段狭窄ＰＴＡ术后遗留５０％狭窄１例，分别植入球囊膨胀支架（Ｓｔｒｅｃｋｅｒｓｔｅｎｔ），取得满意效果。笔者对血管内支架植入术的适应证、方法、效果及并发症进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Unsuccessful percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA)is considered to be the main indication for endo-vasc ular stenting in patients suffering from atherosclerotic disease. Four pa-tients were treated with endo-vascular stent including with iliac artery severe stenosis or/and plaque ul-ceration and with 1 femoral artery 50%residual stenosis post PTA. Balloon expandable stents were im-planted with satisfactory results in the study. The indications,technic, effect and complications of endo-vascular stenting were discussed. |
