| 摘 要： | 本文对２８个鸡蛋的容积及３０例正常人左室舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积和每搏量的三维超声测值与实际值和二维超声测值进行了对比分析。资料显示鸡蛋容积和正常人左室诸参数三维测值与实际值和二维测值比较均未显示差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；但呈显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０５～Ｐ＜０．００１），提示三维超声能够准确评价左室容积和功能。本文还分析了三维超声高估实际值的原因。

| Abstract: | The study was designed to compare three-dimensional and two-dimensional echocardiography for the purpose of measuring true volume of 28 eggs and the left ventricular parameters(EDV,ESV and SV)of 30 normal subjects. The results show that it is not statistically different(P>0.05)and has significant relation-ships(P<0.05-0.001)between 3DE and egg true volume.We conclude that 3DE can accurate demonstrate the volume and functions of the left ventricle.The causes of 3DE overetimating the true volume were analysed. |
