摘    要:目的:利用三维光弹性实验研究骨盆周围肌肉作用力对骨盆环应力分布的影响。方法:应用光敏材料E-51环氧树脂制作骨盆模型共4套,模型加载,模拟骨盆周围4组肌群收缩作用力,测量分析骨盆的应力分布。结果:当人体双腿站立时,应力集中在I2,S4,P5等处;随着骨盆负重增大,髂骨和耻骨的应力变化不大,骨盆环应力分布均匀。结论:人体骨盆环应力分布复杂骨盆周围肌肉收缩使负重的骨盆环应力均衡化。

Abstract:Objective: Our aim was to investigate the effects of the muscular contractility around pelvis on the stress-distribution of the pelvic ring by the threE dimensional photoelastic experiment. Methods: We made four photoelastic models of human pelvis by using light-sensatory material with hypersensitivity E 51 epoxy resin. We put various weight on the models, imitated the contractility of four set of muscles around pelvis. The characteristic distribution of model stress was analyzed. Results: In doublE leg standing condition, the stresses of the pelvic ring concentrated on the I 2,S 4,P 5 . Increasing the weight on the pelvic models, the stresses on the ilium and the pubis did not change obviously. The stresses were well-distributed on the pelvic ring. Conclusion: The stresses of the pelvic ring are complicated. The work of muscular tissues around pelvis equilibrates the stress of loading pelvic ring.
