| 摘 要： | 目的研究腹部手术后家庭肠内营养(HEN)的效果。方法指导50例腹部手术后出院患者通过管饲实施HEN，随访有关血液营养指标和体重。结果32例全胃切除术患者实施HEN后1个月，血浆白蛋白和前白蛋白较出院前明显增高。全部患者实施HEN后1个月，平均体重较出院前明显增加。结论HEN可以提供腹部手术后的有效营养支持。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of home enteral nutrition(HEN)in patients receiving abdo-minal operation. Methods Fifty patients were guided to establish home enteral tube feeding. Some blood indexes and weight were determined when patients were followed up. Results Serum albumin and proalbulin levels of 32 patients receiving total gastrectomy after HEN for one month were significantly higher than that before leaving hospital; also, the average weight of whole postoperative patients was significantly higher than that before leaving hospital. Conclusion HEN provides effective nutritional support in patients receiving abdominal operation. |
