| 摘 要： | 目的了解中学生传染病相关知识、态度、行为状况，为学校传染病的健康教育提供参考。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法，对宿州泗县3所中学547名学生进行传染病相关知识知晓率、态度、行为的认知水平调查。结果学生传染病相关KAP得分总体一般，知识、态度、行为合格率分别为20．38％，34．48％，28．75％；优良率分别为2．48％，6．67％，27．05％；不合格率分别为77．14％，58．86％，44．38％；学生传染病相关KAP得分初、高中生差异有统计学意义，农村与城镇学生差异无统计学意义，男、女学生在传染病相关行为上差异有统计学意义；学生传染病相关知识知晓率和良好行为形成率不完全一致，且相关知识知晓率较低。结论学生传染病相关KAP得分水平一般，需要加强相关卫生知识干预。
