| 摘 要： | 目的:检测新疆寻常型银屑病(PV)患者皮损中FOXP1和hMSH2的表达。方法:EnVision免疫组化法分别检测51例新疆PV患者皮损及29例正常人皮肤组织中FOXP1和hMSH2的表达。结果:FOXP1和hMSH2在PV皮损中的阳性表达率(92.16%,94.12%)均高于正常人皮肤组织(65.52%,55.17%),差异有明显统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:FOXP1和hMSH2可能与寻常型银屑病的发病有关。

Expression of FOXP1 and hMSH2 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in Xinjiang region |

| Abstract: | Objective: To detect the expression level of FOXP1 and hMSH2 in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris in Xinjiang region. Methods: The level of FOXP1 and hMSH2 was detected by EnVision immunohistochemistry method in the lesions of 51 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal skin of 29 healthy controls. Results: The level of FOXP1 and hMSH2 in lesions was 92.16% and 94.12% which was higher than those in the normal skin (65. 52% and 55. 17%), with significant differences ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion:FOXP1 and hMSH2 may be associated with the onset of psoriasis vulgaris. |
