雾化吸入补钾效果的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨雾化吸入途径补钾的效果及安全性。方法选择20只健康家兔,注射呋塞米造成缺钾动物模型,给 予雾化吸入补钾,检测补钾前、补钾后30、60、120、240min血清K+浓度。结果雾化吸入后4次血清检测结果与雾 化前相比,血清K+显著升高(均P<0.01)。结论家兔雾化吸入补钾安全、有效。对各种原因使口服、静脉、直肠补 钾受到限制或不能达到补钾效果的患者,雾化吸入补钾需经临床进一步证实。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the effect and safety of supplement potassium through aerosol inhalation. Methods In 20 healthy rabbits, the animal model of potassium depletion was made. Potassium was supplied through aerosol inhalation. The serum potassium before and 30 min, 60 min, 120 min and 240 min after aerosol inhalation was determined. Results There was significant difference in potassium K levels before and after aerosol inhalation (P< 0.01). Conclusion The potassium supplement through aerosol inhalation is safe and effective.
