某高校大学生用药知识与行为调查

目的了解大学生对药品知识掌握现状．为指导合理用药提供依据。方法采用自制问卷，对某学院不同专业一～三年级628名在校大学生进行调查。结果多数学生对不良反应认识不足，对常见药物知识的正确回答率为59.36％，不良用药行为率为26．07％。男、女生知晓率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），男、女生及不同年级学生不良用药行为率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论应在大学生健康教育中加强药品知识教育，以改变大学生的不良用药习惯和不良就医行为。

A Survey on the Knowledge and Behavior of Medicine Using Among the Students in a College

Objective To study college students' knowledge of medicine,and to provide evidence for the guidance on proper using of medicine.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 628 college students from grade 1-3 of different majors.Results Most students had less knowledge on bad response,and 59.36% of the students gave the correct answer to the question about common medicine knowledge,and 26.07% of them had improper behavior of using medicine.There were statistical differences between boys and girls in the awareness of medicine knowledge(P<(0.01).) Statistical significance differences of improper behaviors of medicine using were also found among the students in different grades and different genders.Conclusion Education on medicine should be strengthened in health education,so as to correct their bad behavior on medicine using.
