| 摘 要： | 目的分析宣城市1999～2008年结核病流行特征，为进一步控制结核病提供科学依据。方法对传染病网络报告系统的结核病疫情信息和年度工作报表进行分析。结果宣城市1999～2008年结核病平均发病率为71．91／10万，死亡率为0．22／10万；男性发病是女性的2．78倍；70～74岁年龄组发病率最高，为305．79／10万；农民占发病总数的74．56％。结论农民和老年人是结核病防治是工作的重点人群。高质量实施DOTS策略是控制我市结核病疫情的关键。
