| 摘 要： | 中药川芎是一味常用的活血行气药,其有效成分主要为挥发油、酚酸类的阿魏酸、川芎嗪等。川芎在心脑血管、中枢神经、泌尿、呼吸、消化等系统均具有多方面的药理活性,这些药理作用与它的有效成分密不可分,文章系统阐述有效成分和药理方面的研究进展,为今后川芎的研究开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | Chuanxiong Rhizoma whose active ingredients are mainly essential oil, ferulic acid, ligustrazine and so on, is used as one of Chinese medicine for activating blood and promoting the circulation of Qi. Chuanxiong Rhizoma has extensive pharmacological activities such as cardiovascular, central nervous, urinary and respiratory systems. Its pharmacological activities have close relations with active ingredients of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. This paper summarizes domestic and foreign reports on the pharmacological activities and active ingredients for its further research. |
