中西医结合治疗辨证为肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎

目的:茵陈蒿汤加味方配合西医方法治疗辨证为肝胆湿热型的慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及对其免疫调节功能的影响。方法:将70例辨证为肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组给予西药抗病毒(给予阿德福韦酯)及护肝治疗,治疗组在此基础上,给予茵陈蒿汤加味方治疗,2个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗后临床症状改善及降低TBIL、ALT、AST、血清HBV-DNA滴度下降方面治疗组均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组CD3、CD4水平的升高,CD4/CD8水平恢复正常值率方面治疗组均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗辨证为肝胆湿热型的慢性乙型肝炎可显著提高疗效及增强免疫功能的作用。

Integrative Medicine Syndrome Differentiation for Liver and Gallbladder Damp - Heat Type of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective：To observed the effect and immune function of Artemisia decoction with Western methods of liver and gallbladder damp - heat type of chronic hepatitis B. Methods ： 70 cases of liver and gallbladder damp type of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 35 cases in the control group were given antiviral medicine （ adefovir dipivoxil） and routine therapy and the treatment group on the basis was given Artemisia decoction. Two months later, the effect was evaluated. Results ： After treatment, improvement of clinical symptoms and reducing TBIL, ALT, AST, serum HBV - DNA titers in the treatment group were better than those of the control group with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Treatment group＇s CD3 and CD4 levels elevated, CD4/CD8 levels returned to normal rate and compared with those of the control group, there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Integrative medicine for the liver and gallbladder damp - heat type of chronic hepatitis B can significantly improve the efficacy and enhance immune function.
