益气活血汤治疗矽肺52例疗效观察

目的:观察益气活血汤治疗矽肺的临床疗效。方法:将本院2011—2012年收治的矽肺患者52例,随机分为常规治疗组和中药治疗组。中药治疗组在在常规治疗组基础上,加用益气活血汤,3个月为1个疗程,共计2个疗程。结果:中药治疗组与常规治疗组治疗后相比,胸闷气促明显改善,唇甲紫绀等体征缓解;1秒量及弥散量均有所缓解;血氧分压及血氧饱和度均显著提高;中药治疗组总体有效率明显优于常规治疗组,两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但咳嗽咳痰症状、用力肺活量、血二氧化碳分压,两组相比无明显差异。结论:益气活血汤对矽肺性纤维化有良好的治疗效果。

Observation on Treatment Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on 52 Cases of Silicosis Patients

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in treatment of silicosis patients. Methods ：52 silicosis patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were randomly divided into TCM group and control group. In the basis of the con- ventional treatment,the TCM group used the Yiqihuoxue Decoction,3 months for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses. Results：After treatment,the chest tightness, cyanotic lips and nails were obviously improved. FEV1 and DLCO were relieved. PaO2 and SaO2 were notable increased in TCM group. The total effective rate of TCM group was enhanced than that of the control group, which was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. But cough and FVC and PaCO2 had no change. Conclusion ： Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on silicosis fibrosis.
