肾病综合征中药联合标准激素疗法的临床效果及护理干预

目的:探讨肾病综合征应用标准激素与中药联用的临床效果及干预性护理。方法:入选本院2013年1月—2013年12月肾病综合征患者78例,按治疗及护理方式的不同分入两组,各39例,两组均予以标准激素疗法及预防感染、控制摄入食盐、病情监测等常规护理,观察组在标准激素疗法基础上联用中药疗法,并予以干预性护理措施,对照组仅进行标准激素疗法及常规护理,治疗3个月后比较两组的临床效果及各项检查指标、并发症及治疗依从性。结果:观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(77.2%vs53.0%,P<0.05);治疗后两组的总胆固醇、血浆白蛋白、尿蛋白定量等指标均有改善,但观察组的各项临床指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症及治疗依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾病综合征患者应用标准激素与中药联用疗法,可有效改善临床症状,降低并发情况,改善患者的生命质量,提高治疗依从性,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect and Nursing Intervention of Nephrotic Syndrome with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Standard Hormone Therapy

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and nursing intervention of nephrotic syndrome with Chinese medicine combined with the application of standard hormone. Methods ：78 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 and divided into two groups according to different treatments and nursing methods. Each group had 39 cases. Two groups were treated with standard hormone therapy and infection prevention, routine nursing including control of salt intake, condition monitoring. The observation group on the basis of the standard hormone therapy combined with tra- ditional Chinese medicine therapy, and was given nursing intervention measures. The control group was only given standard hor- mone therapy and routine nursing care. And after treatment for 3 months, the clinical effects, index, complications and treatment compliance were compared of two groups. Results ： The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （77.2% vs53.0% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the total cholesterol, plasma albumin and urine protein quantitative indexes were improved in two groups but the clinical indicators of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The complications and treatment compliance of group observation was significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Nephrotic syndrome patients treated with Chinese medicine combined with the appli- cation of standard hormone therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the complications, improve the quality of life for patients, and improve treatment compliance and clinical effects. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
