加减龙胆泻肝汤治疗带下病湿热下注的临床研究

目的:探究湿热下注型带下病患者采用加减龙胆泻肝汤治疗的临床效果。方法:将本院中医妇科门诊2011年8月—2013年2月接诊的湿热下注型带下病患者82例作为研究对象,全部患者经常规与临床病理确诊,根据患者自愿原则均分为研究组与对照组,各自41例患者,其中对照组患者采用西药治疗,研究组采用加减龙胆泻肝汤治疗。对两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应情况进行观察对比分析。结果:研究组总有效率为92.68%(38/41),对照组总有效率为87.80%(36/41),两组总有效率经统计学分析并无显著性差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义;研究组与对照组患者在中医证候积分治疗前后及差值上皆无显著性差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义;两组患者在中医症状(主要症状与次要症状)上除了"口苦而腻"消失率上有显著性差异(P<0.01),在其他症状上消失率上皆无明显差异(P>0.05);此外,两组患者局部体征改善上皆无显著性差异(P>0.05),在不良反应发生率上也没有显著性差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:对于湿热下注型带下病患者,采用西药与加减龙胆泻肝汤治疗,临床疗效基本相同,但是加减龙胆泻肝汤在次要症状"口苦而腻"上的改善要更明显,值得临床借鉴。

Climical Observation on Modified Longdan xiegan Decoction in Treatment of Levkorrhagia Disorder with Downward of Damp -heat

Objective：to explore the patients with add and subtract gentian under hot and humid betting type treatment the clinical effect of purging liver soup. Methods ： our hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service of department of gynaecology in August 2011 to February 2013 accepts the patients under hot and humid betting type 82 cases as the research object, all the patients through regular and clinical pathological diagnosis, according to the voluntary principles are divided into research group and control group, respectively,41 patients of control group were treated by western medicine treatment,the team used to add and subtract gentian purging liver soup treatment. On two groups of patients with Clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results ：the total effective rate was 92.68% （38/41） research group, control group total effective rate was 87.80% （36/41）, two group total effective rate after statistics analysis, there is no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）, no statistical significance;Group and control group patients before and after treatment in TCM syndrome integral aod differential are no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, no statistical significance; Two groups of patients in the TCM symptoms （ main symptoms and secondary symptoms） in addition to the mouth,bitter be bored with disappear rate had significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）, on the other symptoms disappear rate are no significant differences （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; In addition, two groups of patients in all local signs of improvement,there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, no significant differences in incidence of adverse reactions （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, no statistical significance. Conclusion：for patients under hot and humid betting type, the use of western medicine and add and subtract gentian purging liver soup treatment, clinical efficacy of basic same, but add and subtract gentian purging liver soup in minor symptoms ＂to improve on the mouth ,bitter be
