参萸养心汤对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者6分钟步行试验的影响

目的:观察参萸养心汤对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效和6 min步行试验的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的212例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组106例和对照组各106例。两组患者均接受慢性充血性心力衰竭的标准治疗,其中治疗组加用参萸养心汤治疗。20天为1个疗程,观察治疗前后NYHA分级和6 min步行试验的变化。结果:(1)治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P=0.004),差异具有统计学意义。(2)治疗前,治疗组和对照组两组间6 min步行距离差异没有统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组和对照组6 min步行距离明显高于治疗前(P<0.001),且治疗组6 min步行距离明显高于对照组(P<0.001),差异具有统计学意义。结论:参萸养心汤可以明显提高慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床治疗有效率,并提高患者6 min步行距离,改善患者生存质量。

Effect of Shenyu Yangxin Decoction on 6 - Minute Walk Test in Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of ginseng fruit of Yangxin Decoction on patients with chronic congestive heart failure and 6 -minute walk test effect. Methods ：212 patients with chronic congestive heart failure met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group（ 106 cases） and control group （106 cases）. The standard treatment group patients were treated with chronic congestive heart failure and the treatment group with Shenyu Yangxin Decoction. 20 days for a course of treatment, changes were observed before and after treatment in the NYHA classification and the 6 - minute walk test. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Shenyu Yangxin Decoction can significantly improve the clinical treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure and improve the patients＇ 6 - minute walking distance and the quality of life of patients.
