七氟醚在晶体液和胶体液中的分配系数

目的测定七氟醚在常用的晶体液、胶体液以及血液中的分配系数。方法采用注射器-锥形瓶二次顶空平衡法测定七氟醚在0.9%生理盐水、5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、乳酸林格氏液、羟乙基淀粉、琥珀酰明胶、聚明胶肽、25%甘露醇和血液中的分配系数。结果七氟醚在0.9%生理盐水、5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、乳酸林格氏液、羟乙基淀粉、琥珀酰明胶、聚明胶肽、25%甘露醇和血液中的分配系数分别为0.44±0.01、0.46±0.01、0.37±0.01、0.44±0.01、0.47±0.01、0.47±0.02、0.41±0.02、0.34±0.01和0.56±0.02,七氟醚在几种晶体液、胶体液中的分配系数与在血液中的分配系数之间无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论七氟醚在晶体液、胶体液内的分配系数与在血液中的分配系数接近,临床上应用两类液体后不会影响七氟醚在血液中的分配系数。

Partition Coefficients of Sevoflurane in Crystal Liquids and Colloidal Liquids

Objective To determine the partition coefficients of sevoflurane in some crystal liquids,colloidal liquids and blood.Methods The partition coefficients for sevoflurane in 0.9% physiological saline,5% glucose,glucose and sodium chloride,lactated Ringer's solution,hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4,succinylated gelatin,polygeline,25% mannitol and blood were measured using syringe-flask double headspace equilibration technique at 1 atm and 37℃.Results The partition coefficients of sevoflurane in 0.9% physiological saline,5% glucose,glucose and sodium chloride,lactated Ringer's solution,hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4,succinylated gelatin,polygeline,25% mannitol and blood were 0.44±0.01,0.46±0.01,0.37±0.01,0.44±0.01,0.47±0.01,0.47±0.02,0.41±0.02,0.34±0.01 and 0.56±0.02,respectively.There was no statistical significance of partition coefficient between these liquids and blood(p>0.05).Conclusion The partition coefficients of sevoflurane in these crystal liquids and colloidal liquids were similar with that in blood.These liquids will not influence the partition coefficient of sevoflurane in blood after the liquids are infused.
