| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导经皮穿刺臭氧消融对腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值、臭氧与疗效的关系。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者78例，病变椎间盘注射浓度为60mg／L的O3气体5-30ml，术后行CT扫描观察O3气体在椎间盘内的分布状态、量的多少及潴留情况。结果所有患者随访3～10个月，显效者30例，有效者42例，无效者4例；53例气体呈散在分布的疗效优于25例气体呈浓聚型分布的，未发现严重的并发症。结论CT引导提高了穿刺的准确性，疗效与O3气体在椎间盘内的分布特点有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of lumbar disc herniation with CT-guided ozone injection and the relationship between ozone and the clinical value.Methods Seventy-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation were injected with 5-30 ml(60 mg/L) ozone into the lesion discs,and the amount and distribution of ozone in the lesion discs were observed with CT.No severe complications were found throughout the study.Results All patients were followed up for 3-10 months after the treatment.Therapeutic effect wa... |
