腹腔手术后出血12例分析

目的 :分析腹腔手术后出血原因 ,提出防范措施。方法 :对 12例腹腔手术后出血的患者进行总结 ,包括手术方式、临床表现、出血诊断和救治方法等。结果 :12例中再次手术止血 11例 ,保守治疗 1例 ;死亡 4例。结论 :加强对医源性手术后出血的警惕性及改进手术操作 ,有望避免医源性出血

Analysis of 12 cases with abdominal postoperative bleeding

Objective: It is to analyse the cause of abdominal postoperative bleeding, put forward to be on guard measure. Methods: Twenty patients with bleeding after abdominal operation were analysed, including operative methods, clinical symptoms, diagnosis of bleeding and therapeutic methods. Results: Eleven cases were reoperated, 1 case was selected conservative treatment, 4 of the 12 cases died. Conclusion: By increasing the alert of iatrogenic bleeding of postoperation and improving the operative manipulation, the iatrogenic bleeding can be expected to be avoided.
