脊柱结核的CT诊断

目的：探讨脊柱结核的ＣＴ影像学特征。方法：回顾性分析７６例脊柱结核的ＣＴ表现，总结其影像学特征。结果：７６例脊柱结核均有不同程度的骨质破坏，６２例有高密度死骨块；椎体骨质密度增高５９例；椎间盘破坏４８例；椎旁、腰大肌脓肿６７例；椎管狭窄３５例；椎体压缩４７例。脊髓造影ＣＴ扫描（ＣＴＭ）３例中２例显示脊髓受压移位，蛛网膜下腔炎性粘连。结论：ＣＴ能够较好地显示脊柱结核的特征性表现，特别是在椎体及附件骨

CT diagnosis of tuberculosis of spine

?Objective:To study the characteristic features in CT diagnosis of tuberculosis of spine.Methods:The CT images of 76 patients with tuberculosis of spine were analysed retrospectively.Results:All patients showed to have various degree of destruction of vertebral bodies:high density sequestra within lesion in 62,high density of spinal bodies in 59,vertebral disc destruction in 48,abscess in paravertebral and psoas major muscle in 67,spinal canal stenosis in 35,compression of spinal bodies in 47. CT myelography(CTM) had been examined in 3 patients,2 showed to have compression and displacement of spinal cord and inflammatory adhesion in subarachnoid space.Conclusions:CT scanning can discover the characteristic features of tuberculosis of spine,CT is superior to conventional roentgenography in delineating the extent of body destruction,involvement of the spinal canal and existence of paraspinal soft tissue masses,and is superior to MRI in delineating sequestra and sclerous bone and calcification of cold abscess.
