摘    要:目的了解重庆市涪陵区某电解铝厂职工尿氟含量,以利职工健康监护。方法对全厂职工开展职业健康检查,同时收集职工尿样,进行尿氟含量测定。结果电解铝车间职工尿氟含量高于行政后勤人员,经u检验,u=16.35,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论应加强车间空气置换,降低空气污染,保护劳动者身体健康。

Abstract: Objective] To learn the urine fluorine content of the staff members in an electrolytic aluminum factory in order to enhance the health surveillance for the staff members. Methods] Occupational physical examination was carried out among the whole staff of this factory ; urine samples of workers were collected and urine fluorine content was determined. Results ] The urine fluorine content of the workers in the electrolytic aluminum workshop was higher than that of the administrative logistical personnel, the u test showed that u = 16.35, the difference was significant(P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion] Ventilation should be enhanced in the workshop in order to reduce air pollution and protect the workers' health.
