| 摘 要： | 目的 评价超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗多囊肾的远期疗效。方法 对6例多囊肾55个囊肿，在超声引导下经皮穿刺注入无水酒精行硬化治疗，术后超声随访观察平均5．7年。结果 超声引导穿刺成功率100％，穿刺后未出现腹痛、出血和感染等并发症，显效率83．33％。结论 超声引导穿刺硬化治疗是一种简便易行、安全实用、创伤甚微的治疗方法，其为多囊肾的治疗开辟了一种新途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To elevate long-term effection of treating polycystic kidney disease. Methods 6 cases with 55 cysts were treated by percutaneous puncture and transrenal sclemtherapy under ultrasonie guidance.Results The successful rate of puncture and effective rate of treatment were 100%and 83.33%?No complication was found.Concision The results show that the method is simple,safe and effective. |
