摘    要:目的对4-氯-3-甲氧基-2-甲基吡啶制备工艺进行优化。方法选择甲苯作为反应溶剂,氧氯化磷稍过量,反应毕直接用氢氧化钠中和,分层萃取,蒸出溶剂即得产品。结果通过对4-氯-3-甲氧基-2-甲基吡啶制备工艺的优化,减少了氧氯化磷的用量,缩短反应时间至2h,降低反应pH值至接近中性。结论本工艺有效地减少了对环境的污染,降低了生产成本,有利于提高经济效益。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the preparation technology of 4 - Chloro - 3 - Methoxy - 2 - Methylpyridine N - Oxide's. Methods We chose toluene as solvent, oxygen phosphorus chloride was a bit too much, ended the reaction with sodium hydroxide directly ,then extracted hierarchically, evaporated the solvent for the production. Results Through the op- timization of 4- Chloro- 3- Methoxy- 2 -Methylpyridine N- Oxide's preparation technology, we reduced the amount of phosphorus oxychloride, shortened the reaction time to 2 h, cured down the reaction pH close to neutral. Conclusion The preparation technology reduced the pollution to the environment and the production cost effectively, and improves the eco- nnmic benefits.
