摘    要:棘球蚴病是一种对人畜危害极为严重的人兽共患寄生虫病, 严重威胁我国流行区农牧民身体健康和畜牧业的发展, 对该病的预防迫在眉睫。EG95蛋白在细粒棘球蚴发育过程中必不可少、高度保守, 是目前为止已发现的最具潜力的疫苗候选抗原之一。国内外学者在EG95重组抗原的构建、表达、应用等方面进行了大量的工作, 本文对其进行综述。

Abstract:Echinococcosis (hydatid disease) caused by the metacestodes of Echinococcus granulosus tapeworm is a seri- ous zoonotic infection, which leads to a large amount of economic loss in human and animals. It needs to be prevented urgently. The EG95 protein is highly conserved and crucial for survival and development of E. granulosus in the host, which means that it is one of the potential candidate antigens for vaccines characterized so far. Great effort has been made to construct and ex- press the recombinant EG95 (rEG95) gene in various kinds of expression systems in order to obtain an efficient defined antigen. This review will summarize research progress on expression of rEG95 in different vector systems.
