以就业为导向的药学专业核心课程体系建设研究

目的研究高职药学专业课程设置与毕业生就业岗位需求之间的匹配程度,确定药学专业核心课程体系,制定与社会经济发展对药学人才需求相适应的教学计划。方法调查药学专业三年制普通专科层次毕业生,在经历顶岗实习及求职过程后,对专业课程及重要专业基础课程的认知,统计分析学生对课程设置的意见,提出对教学计划的修改意见。结果药剂学、药理学、药物分析、药物化学、药事管理与法规5门课程为药学专业就业岗位中适用性强且各就业领域都需要的课程,作为核心课程加强建设。结论根据就业岗位对知识和技能的需求,适当调整高职高专药学专业教学计划,不断适应地方经济发展对药学人才的需求。

On the construction of the pharmacy professional core courses with employment orientation

Objective This thesis researched on the matching degree between the setting and the graduates＇ jobs demand of professional courses in higher vocational pharmacy and determining the pharmacy specialized core curriculum system,development and social economic development in the pharmaceutical talents adapting to the needs of the teaching plan.Methods To investigate pharmacy three year college level graduate students,after the internship and job search process,the professional curriculum and an important professional basic course of cognition,students on the curriculum views statistical analysis,put forward to the teaching plan of the amendments.Results The pharmacy,pharmacology,pharmaceutical analysis,pharmaceutical chemistry,pharmaceutical law and regulations were the courses for pharmaceutical professional jobs in the applicability and the employment field,it needed to strengthen the construction of curriculum as the core course.Conclusion According to the job requirements of knowledge and skills,we should adjust teaching plan in higher vocational colleges of pharmacy on order to adapt to the needs of local economic development for the pharmaceutical talents.
