天津市农村卫生适宜技术推广与应用的效果评价

目的 了解天津市10项农村卫生适宜技术推广应用的效果.方法 调查12 311例接受适宜技术服务的患者的基本情况和技术应用效果,调查503例使用适宜技术的医生关于技术推广前后患者就诊量的变化情况.结果 接受适宜技术服务的患者文化程度大多较低,80%以上为农民.推广应用适宜技术后,不同级别医疗机构就诊患者至少增加60%以上.绝大多数技术提高了患者的好转率和有效率.结论 天津地区推广的农村卫生适宜技术经济、有效、便捷,满足了农村患者的基本卫生服务需求.

Evaluation on Promotion and Application of Appropriate Technology for Rural Health in Tianjin
