北京市西城区社区卫生服务人力资源现状分析与展望

目的 了解北京市新西城区社区卫生服务机构的卫生人力资源现状,分析存在的问题并提出建议.方法 基于北京市西城区社区卫生服务常规数据监测网络平台,采用自填式问卷普查的方法,收集截至2010年底北京市西城区所有的社区卫生服务机构人员情况并进行分析.结果 截至2010年底,北京市西城区社区卫生技术人员总数为1 694人,预防保健人员279人,社区医生864人,社区护士545人,医护比为1.59:1.社区卫生技术人员年龄以20～40岁为主,占56.19%;学历以本科和大专为主,占74.14%;职称以中级和初级为主,占85.66%.结论 北京市西城区社区卫生服务人才队伍已初具规模,但人员素质尚待提高,结构不合理;建议加强现有人才队伍的培训,完善结构,并落实相关政策.

Status of Health Human Resources in Community Health Service Institutions in Xicheng District of Beijing

Objective To know the situation of community health human resources in Xicheng District of Beijing,to find out the existing problems and put forth the proposal.
