| 摘 要： | 目的 观察改良DCF方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副作用.方法 选取30例晚期胃癌患者,随机分为两组,治疗组采用改良的DCF方案,对照组采用DCF方案,治疗3个周期后评估疗效、生存情况和毒副作用.结果 治疗组和对照组近期有效率(RR)和疾病控制率(DCR)分别为56.2%、42.9%和81.2%、64.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗组与对照组的生存状况和生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组毒副反应主要以骨髓抑制为主,与对照组比较治疗组发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 改良DCF方案对晚期胃癌患者有较好的近期疗效和安全性.
