| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨癌胚抗原(CEA)与肿瘤检出率之间的关系.方法 回顾性分析连续4年的体检资料,统计CEA每年的变化情况及肿瘤确诊人数,并做相关的统计分析.结果 在老年人群中,许多慢性良性疾病都可引起CEA水平异常升高,CEA阳性持续时间与肿瘤检出率呈正相关(r=0.918,P＜0.05),CEA异常升高程度(浓度)与肿瘤检出率呈正相关(r=0.879,P＜0.05).结论 受检者CEA持续性、进行性升高,其罹患肿瘤的概率会增高,有必要将CEA作为体检的常规检查项目,以提高早期肿瘤的检出率.
