| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳头溢液中癌抗原(CA)125对早期乳腺癌的诊断意义.方法 应用免疫化学发光法对148例乳头溢液患者(分为良性病变组和乳腺癌组)及正常分娩产妇40例(对照组)进行乳头溢液和血清中CA125水平的检测,同时检测乳头溢液中癌胚抗原(CEA)和CA153的水平,比较其有无差异.结果 3组受检者乳头溢液、血清中CA125水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).各组受检者的乳头溢液中CA125、CEA、CA153的阳性率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).乳腺癌组乳头溢液CA125的阳性率与血清CA125阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 乳头溢液中CA125的检测是一种无损伤无痛苦的临床检测手段,其对乳腺癌的早期诊断具有一定的临床参考和实用价值.
