急性脑卒中患者院前时间延误的影响因素分析

目的 探讨我院急性脑血管病患者的院前时间及其影响因素.方法 采用自行设计的问卷,对2009-03-30-2010-03-30门头沟区医院急性脑卒中患者进行调查.除一般资料外,按是否在脑卒中症状发生后6 h内到达医院将患者分为两组,对影响脑卒中院前时间的因素进行分析.结果 脑卒中患者到医院就诊时使用的交通工具、首诊地点、居住地点、对脑卒中的认识及脑卒中的类型均与患者发病后距治疗时间有关(P＜0.05).在家中发病或者在其他地方发病的脑卒中与发病后距治疗时间无关(P＞0.05).结论 有42.3%脑卒中患者不能在发病后6 h内到达医院,其院前时间延误的主要原因是对脑卒中知识了解不够、使用急救电话/急救车少.加强公众对脑卒中知识的了解是提高患者6 h内到达医院的重要因素.
