| 摘 要： | 目的 评估跟骨骨折行内固定手术的治疗效果.方法 对66例78足跟骨关节内骨折行切开复位、钢板内固定术.结果 66例患者均获得随访,随访时间6~60个月,根据美国足踝骨科协会足-踝临床评分系统:优57足,占73%;良21足,占27%.术后4例发生并发症,均为距下关节创伤关节炎.结论 严格把握手术适应证及微创操作是钢板内固定术取得满意疗效的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of internal fixation in treatment of calcaneal intra-articular fractures.Methods Sixty-six cases(78 fractured feet) underwent incision reposition and internal fixation with plate.Results All the patients were followed-up for 6 to 60 months.According to the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society(AOFAS) clinical rating system for feet and ankles,57 feet were rated as excellent(73%) and 21 feet were good(27%).Postoperative complications were seen in 4 cases,all of ... |
