| 摘 要： | 目的 了解重庆地区农村卫生适宜技术的培训情况,为其推广提供科学依据.方法 采用问卷调查方法,对重庆地区农村医疗服务人员的基本情况和培训效果进行调查.结果 总体而言,农村卫生适宜技术的培训效果很好;但参加培训的医务人员普遍学历、职称偏低,及因技术所需设施的欠缺,限制了适宜技术的推广和应用.结论 各地政府和医疗卫生行政管理部门应鼓励农村卫生技术人员自我学习,并为其学习培训创造条件,不断提高医务人员的专业能力;同时加大经费投入,逐步改善技术设备,以保证卫生适宜技术的推广和应用.
