| 摘 要： | 目的 了解上海市郊区老年人膝关节骨关节炎(OA)的患病情况.方法 采用问卷和体格检查的方法调查上海郊区松江区永丰街道60～98岁老年人共3 343人,同时与上海城区相比较.结果 老年人男女膝关节OA临床诊断患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);老年人膝关节OA患病率随年龄增长而增加(P＜0.01).临床诊断与X线诊断OA患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).郊区与城区老年人膝关节OA临床诊断患病率及X线诊断患病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 老年人膝关节OA患病率郊区高于城区,女性患病率高于男性,随年龄增长患病率增加,对OA要早干预,尤其是郊区女性.

| Abstract: | Objective To learn about the prevalence of knee osteoarthritis among elder people in the suburbs of Shanghai and to compare it with that of the urban areas of Shanghai. Methods A total of 3 343 elderly aged from 60 to 98 in Yongfeng community in the suburbs of Shanghai were investigated via both physical examinations and questionnaire.
