纤维乳腺导管镜的临床应用（附31例报告）

目的 探讨纤维乳腺导管镜在以乳头溢液为主要症状的乳腺疾病诊治中的临床应用。方法 2005年11月。2007年2月对31例乳头溢液患者进行检查和治疗。结果 31例患者中诊断乳管炎12例，乳管扩张症9例，其中有4例乳管炎和乳管扩张症并存，发现乳管内占位性病变14例，其中乳管内乳头状瘤10例，乳管内乳头状瘤病3例，乳管浸润癌1例。全部病例检查后无不良反应。结论 纤维乳腺导管镜检查可以对乳头溢液患者做出明确的诊断和病变定位。

Clinical application of fiberoptic ductoscopy(report of 31 cases)

Objective To discuss the clinical application of fiberoptic ductoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases which major symptom is nipple discharge.Methods Thirty-one patients with nipple discharge were examined and treated by fiberoptic ductoscopy from November 2005 to February 2007.Results Of 31 cases,there were 12 cases of plasma cell mastitis,9 cases of intraductal dilatation,4 cases of intraductal dilatation and plasma cell mastitis,10 cases of papilloma,3 cases of intraductal papillomatosis,and 1 case of breast cancer.There was no untoward effect in all examination.Conclusion Fiberoptic ductoscopy is an effective diagnostic method for nipple discharge and also can be used to locate intraductal lesions.
