女性生殖系统多原发恶性肿瘤

目的　探讨女性生殖系统多原发恶性肿瘤 (MPMT)的临床特点。方法　回顾分析 7例女性生殖系统MPMT的临床病理资料并复习文献。结果　 7例均为双原发癌 ,发病率占女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤的 1 86% ,4例 (5 7 1% )同时累及卵巢、子宫 ,7例均行根治性手术 ,2例失访 ,2例死于肿瘤 ,3例无瘤生存。结论　女性生殖系统MPMT并不罕见 ,诊断主要依赖病理学检查 ,MPMT只要及时诊断 ,积极治疗 ,预后较好

Multiple Primary Malignant Tumors of the Female Genital Tract

Objective To inquire into the clinical features of the multiple primary malignant tumors (MPMT) of the female genital tract.Method Seven cases of MPMT of the female genital tract were studied by clinicopathology in combination with the review of the literature.Results All of the 7 cases were double primay cancers,the incidence was 1.86%,and 4 cases (57.1%) of them involved the ovaries and uteruses simultaneously.Of the 7 cases,radical operation was performed,2 cases were lost to follow up,2 cases died of the disease,and 3 were alive without tumors after operation.Conclusion MPMT of the female genital tract is not a rare entity,the diagnosis depends on pathological examination,after active and positive treatment,the prognosis of the MPMT was favourable.
