儿童下肢骨折后健康相关生命质量的研究

目的探讨儿童下肢骨折后健康相关生命质量（HRQOL）的变化情况。方法对79例8～12岁下肢骨折的儿童，采用儿童生存质量测定量表，分别测量骨折前、骨折后6个月及骨折后12个月时的HRQOL评分，并比较之间的差异。结果HRQOL总评分，骨折前为（89．6±4．8）分，骨折后6个月时为（65．4±5．1）分，骨折后12个月时为（77．5±4．9）分，不同时间点的HRQOL总评分比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论8～12岁儿童下肢骨折后，对其HRQOL有明显的负面影响，到术后12个月时仍不能恢复到骨折前的水平。

Study on Health-Related Quality of Life in children with a lower extremity fracture

Objective To determine whether the health-related quality of life(HRQOL)of children varies significantly for lower extremity,fracture.Methods 79 children hospitalized for a lower extremity fracture were included in this study,aged from eight to twelve years old.The HRQOL scores were measured before the occurrence of fracture,and at 6 months and 12 months after the injury using the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory,and the differences were found by comparison between the scores.Results For the total HRQOL score,it was(89.6±4.8)before fracture,(65.4±5.1)at the sixth month after fracture,(77.5±4.9)at the twelveth month after fracture.All of the comparison of the total HRQOL scores at different time points have a stastical significance(P ＜0.05).Conclusions Children of the age range of 8 to 12 years suffered to a lower extremity fracture can be negatively influence in term of HRQOL,and the HRQOL of children cannot return to the preinjury level even after 12 months counted from the operation.
