| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中草药及常用抗生素对绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用。方法：琼脂扩散法。结果：对绿脓杆菌具有抑菌作用的中草药15种，抗生素6种，其中五味子、山茱萸、山楂、石榴皮、金银花及丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素等具有强抑菌作用，抑菌圈直径在20mm以上。结论：实验表明多种中草药和抗生素对绿脓杆菌具有抑菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:to research bacteriostatic effect of chinese herbs and commonly used antibiotic on P.aeruginosa.Methods:Spread methods of agar.Results:Fifteen sorts of those herbs and six sorts of those antibiotics have bacteriostatic effect on P.aeruginosa,among those,Schisadrae Fruit;Dogwood Fruit;Hawthorn fruit;Pomegranate pericarp;Honeysuckle Flower and Amikin ;Gentamicin and so on have strong bacteriostatic efect.Diameter of bacteriostatic circle is above twenty millimetre.Conclusion:The experiment shows that many sorts of chinese herbs and antibiotics have bacteriostatic effect. |
