无痛人流术麻醉中七氟醚临床应用效果分析

目的评价七氟醚在无痛人流术麻醉中的效果。方法选取2013-02—2013-08间门诊自愿行无痛人流手术患者156例,随机分为七氟醚组和丙泊酚组。记录两组患者麻醉情况,比较两组患者从手术结束停药到OAA/S镇静评分到达5分的时间和生命体征,记录两组患者并发症。结果七氟醚组麻醉诱导时间长于丙泊酚组,苏醒时间短于丙泊酚组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。七氟醚组患者OAA/S镇静评分到达5分的时间短于丙泊酚组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。七氟醚组不良反应率为17.9%,低于丙泊酚组的30.8%(P0.05)。结论无痛人流术应用七氟醚麻醉,具有苏醒快、不良反应率低等优点,更适合应用于无痛人流术的麻醉。

Analysis on the clinical application effect of sevoflurane in painless induced abortion

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of sevoflurane in painless induced abortion. Methods 156 cases of patients undergoing painless induced abortion were selected. All cases were randomly divided into sevoflurane group and propofot group. Anesthesia of the two groups were recorded. The time from the end of surgery discontinued to the OAA/S sedation score arrival 5 and vital signs of the two groups were compared. The complications were recorded. Results The anesthesia induction time of patients in sevoflurane group was longer than the propofol group, the recovery time was shorter than the propofol group, the differences were all statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）. The time of OAA/S sedation score arrived 5 was shorter than the propofol group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The overall incidence of adverse reactions of patients in sevoflurane group was 17. 9% ,which was lower than 30. 8% of propofol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Sevoflurane for painless induced abortion anesthesia had the advantage of rapid recovery and low incidence of adverse reactions. It was more suitable for the application of painless induced abortion anesthesia.
