鼻内窥镜下治疗上颌窦出血性息肉

目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下上颌窦出血性息肉手术治疗的方法。方法：1998年6月．2001年7月住院的。临床与病理诊断为上颌窦出血性息肉19例，均辅助应用吸切器(shave system)鼻内窥镜下切除肿瘤。结果：手术成功，术后7天出院，4个月后术腔上皮化，随访12．24个月，无复发。结论：辅以吸切器的鼻内窥镜下上颌窦出血性息肉切除术，术野清晰，手术创伤小，手术效果满意。

Endoscopic Surgery for Bleeding Polyp in Sinus Maxillaris

Objective To study the endoscopic surgery for bleeding polyp in sinus maxillaris.Methods 19 cases,which were diagnosed as bleeding polyp in sinus maxillaris by pathology and CT scanning were treated by surgery of nasal endoscopy with the use of the shave system from 1998 to 2001 in our department.Results The operation was successful.they were discharged after 7 days,4month 1ater.the operation cavity was epithelualized. With postoperative follow-up visit for 12-24months.No recurrence was found.Conclusion Combining the application of shave system,endoscopic surgical technique on bleeding polyp in sinus maxillaris is recommended.The advantage is clear field and good effect and especially less injury.
