新生儿肺透明膜病危险因素的Logistic回归分析

目的:分析新生儿肺透明膜病危险因素。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对92例新生儿颅内出血的相关因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:危险因素按OR值排序,依次为胎龄小于32周、低出生体重儿、产程未开始行剖宫产、Apgar评分小于7分、母患糖尿病、胎膜早破、宫内窘迫、产前应用激素、缺血缺氧性脑病。结论:加强围生期保健,对于预防新生儿HMD的发生有重要意义。对于伴有围产期高危因素的早产儿要高度注意HMD的发生可能。宜慎重行择期剖宫产。

Logistic resgression analysis of risk factors for neonatal hyaline membrane disease

Objective:To observe the risk for neonatal hyaline membrane disease (HMD).Methods:92 newborns with HMD and 100 newborns with non-HMD were selected in the same period.The information of neonates and their mothers was analyzed with logistic regression.Results:There were 9 risk factors involved in neonatal HMD, which were arranged as follows according to odds ratio (OR) value: gestation age less than 32 weeks, very low birth weight infant, cesarean setions performed before onsets of labor, Apgar score at 1 minute after birth less than 7, mother with diabetes, premature rupture of membrane, fetal distress, antepartum use of glucocorticoid, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Conclusion:Control of these risk factors may be helpful in reduction of the incidence of neonatal HMD.
